Saeed Kadkhodaian

A visionary engineering and business leader with 45 years of experience and a deep passion for innovation, our CEO steers the company’s strategic direction through a powerful blend of technical mastery and commercial insight. Having led numerous complex engineering initiatives, he champions excellence, fosters collaboration, and ensures every solution meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Chief Engineering Officer (CEnO)

Chad Spangler

An operations-driven Engineering Director with 15 years of experience in product engineering and manufacturing. He leads ideas from concept to production with expertise in innovation, scalability, and quality.  Having vast experience in advanced manufacturing processes and strategic global sourcing, they align engineering vision with business goals to drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)

Sandip M. Savaliya, MD

Dr. Sandip M. Savaliyais a board-certified neurosurgeon with deep expertise in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery. Drawing on extensive hands-on experience with advanced medical devices like spinal implants, robotics, endoscopic platforms, and neuromodulation technologies, he brings a clinician-driven perspective to product strategy, innovation, and market adoption. Dr. Savaliya has trained and practiced across diverse healthcare systems in India, the United States, and Australia, giving him a global understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory environments, and value-based care. He partners closely with engineering, R&D, and commercial teams to translate unmet clinical needs into scalable device solutions, guide portfolio development, support surgeon education, and drive evidence-based adoption. His work bridges the gap between surgeons, industry, and healthcare systems to accelerate meaningful innovation and improve patient outcomes.

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Sanjib Adhikary, MD

Dr. Sanjib Adhikary is a distinguished educator at Penn State College of Medicine, Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at Hershey, Pennsylvania. He heads the division of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine for his department. After finishing his medical and anesthesiology training in India, he subsequently completed two subspecialty fellowships in Canada, in neuro-anesthesia at Toronto Western Hospital, and in regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine at the University of Western Ontario in London. He has been involved with innovations and clinical care for more than 25 years. His present interest is in education around perioperative medicine, both for patients and physicians, and outreach of the same throughout the world.

Truong Tran, PhD

Dr. Truong Tran is a technology leader and AI expert with deep experience in building, scaling, and guiding advanced software and artificial intelligence systems. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Penn State Harrisburg and directs the Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He has more than 15 year of prefoessional expeirences and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex technology initiatives, and collaborating with industry and institutional partners. His work emphasizes translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into robust, production-ready software solutions that deliver measurable value in domains such as healthcare, cybersecurity, and intelligent enterprise systems.
